Had to look that up , I’d say light heavyweight, 175 . But 182 would work for now . Just easier to move in every fashion .Two buddies each dropped 50 plus pounds, tall guys 6’2” and 6’4” , they look better ,feel better , no, longer take RX meds .

Week in Cape Cod is coming to an end... Clams, crabs, lobster, oysters, shrimp, scallops, haddock, cod, swordfish, sea bass, striper and porgy. Good lord I’ll miss this.

Pulled pork sandwiches with some homemade Carolina bbq sauce. Yum

Louisville wings. Smoked for 2 hours and crisped on the grill. Traded some wings for a burger with my neighbor. Something about that smoke drifting through the neighborhood that brings people together.
