Yep that was me! I usually do them in a foil pan and put on the grill as I am smoking. Thicken up a bit more that way. How'd you like em?

looks good, is it spicy? Can I get the recipe please?

I used a pressure cooker so here goes.

Sauté equal parts garlic, ginger, green onions. In a separate pan sear cubed venison, deglaze with 1/2 cup of any Asian cooking wine you can find.
Pour all this in the pressure cooker.

Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce.
2 tablespoons chineese 5 spice powder
3 tablespoons ketchup.

This will be not spicy. I topped mine with Sriracha sauce. If you want spice slice two thai chili’s thin and put in the pressure cooker.

Pressure cook for 45 min. If done on stove or in a oven, cook for 3 hours

Not tonight but for but for the week of the 7th at camp! Venison stew-apples , pears, sweet potato, onion, mushroom, carrots and celery! The other one is Chili! Just cooked them enough and will throw them in the crokpot at camp. Had to get them in the freezer before my two girls ate too much of it!

Gave Uncle Nicky’s dish a dance:
Tastes yummy...little to “juicy” so I need to cook my sauce way more.used venison

Had to chase it with some truffle fries

Venison chili for the boys

And since the fryer is out there will be an addition later ... my favorite hunting snack
