It does look and probably tastes amazing. I would have liked to see a pic AFTER the first bite. If someone can figure out how to eat an egg salad sandwich WITHOUT it exploding after bite 1 they deserve the Nobel Prize.

Haha, funny you mention that.  She was asking for extra paper towels shortly after walking off with the sammich, lol.  The plate afterwards looks as if she had enough egg salad for a second sammich.

Egg salad sammich is my traditional opening day of deer season food in the woods. Yes sir , messy !
