Pulled some back straps for dinner but right now its venison top sirloin fried up in avacado oil and dusted with bionic cow massage. No plate pictures. My 5 yr old daughter ran over and started high jacking it off my plate.

This was at a buddies house, it was done in a small bbq trailer with charcoal slow all day.  Then a homemade bbq sauce! Came out great

Homemade chicken parm pizza

13 count shrimp seasoned with Old Bay. Back straps with bionic cow massage. Both basted with garlic butter. Over using a bbq probe. Always seem to be higher temp than it actually is. Steak ended up med well.

Had sweet corn and pasta salad on the side.

Couple waves of air fried wings. Franks wing sauce , Franks hot sauce and melted butter , Truff black truffle hot sauce , Christas Jamaican jerk sauce all in the sauce. Margarita with Trader Joe’s chili lime on the rim. And a DQ peanut buster parfait with chocolate ice cream for dessert

Damn Jay . Good stuff on a Tues night. After the heat and work my dinner was a pickeled egg and a little dish of Mac salad and I didn't even care if I ate that.

All that looks great. I would need a minute alone with that desert.

Samantha grilled chicken and made lunch for us. Her first grilling experience. Chicken topped with Bionics poultry rub , lettuce from garden , avocado lime ranch dressing on jalapeño cheddar tortilla. Nice and light on a scorcher of a day.
