Not currently ,just for the birds . His plan is to turn that corner of the yard into the grilling/smoking/cooking area and run water to the sink to keep hands clean during the process eventually.

Grilled center cut chops with zucchinis and yellow squash saute in olive oil, onions then added Parmesan, also Bush's beans.  Finished with a Pinot Grigio. Good eats!!

Not for tonight but I was inspired by someone from here and decided to attempt venison corned beef(?!?) or is it just “corned venison”? This is the process I am following and just put two roasts in the brine.
