What's for dinner tonight?

Recommended Posts

Nutrisystem something or other, again. Hey, at least it's working. Lost 24 lbs in 7 weeks.

Without a doubt. The best duck I've ever had. d1702a7772b449ea7fefaca84560d053.jpg&key=a1a1fb9f0ac9500ab0efa5badff7e8c92194e858fd3185dc034c0cea535fa1c8

I find a duck's opinion of me is very much influenced by whether or not I have bread

This is from Friday linner at the Yelling Goat. Wings-style pork belly with Berbere spices and medium wing sauce and a deep dish pepperoni pizza. Mrs. Goose and I really like the food there.

Chicken with mustard cream sauce, and spaetzles. I really like this recipe, I have to remind myself to try it with rabbit, pheasant, or squirrels and maybe wild mushrooms next fall.

Stir fry with sliced doe-fawn back-strap, cooked medium-rare and Thai peanut sauce, washed down with Genny light.  Was very good, equally as tasty as button buck.

Haha...typical Sunday of cooking, plus baseball, church, food shopping, 90 minutes walk in woods (too much snow still for sheds), daughters off to NYC to sing-boys and I settling in for some Silence of the Lambs....

I made my mom's goulash recipe. Dice up some maters, burger, hot dogs, and lots of garlic and black pepper. Wife can't have this so a couple burgers for her. Salad on the side.6a3ab9213e7bacc5c609d5abc0304183.jpg

Nice way to spend the day!  I made a lamb neck roast from the lamb we butchered last Easter.  It was the last cut I had in the freezer.  No pics, but both wife and daughter gave it a rave review.  Looking forward to getting another fresh one for this Easter.

Had the pleasure of having dinner and a beer with turkeyfeathers at Pizza Plant.
Vegetable soup and parmesan-battered artichoke hearts and a Guinness.
