What's for dinner tonight?

Chicken with mustard cream sauce, and spaetzles. I really like this recipe, I have to remind myself to try it with rabbit, pheasant, or squirrels and maybe wild mushrooms next fall.

Spaetzles!!!! Nice!
Now I have to make them with a pot roast and red cabbage!

Rueben looks awesome! So do the cutlets, and sticks.  I just want to eat until I puke tonight for some reason.

Looks like Crappyice spent the whole day in the kitchen!  All looks great!

Haha...typical Sunday of cooking, plus baseball, church, food shopping, 90 minutes walk in woods (too much snow still for sheds), daughters off to NYC to sing-boys and I settling in for some Silence of the Lambs....

Nice way to spend the day!  I made a lamb neck roast from the lamb we butchered last Easter.  It was the last cut I had in the freezer.  No pics, but both wife and daughter gave it a rave review.  Looking forward to getting another fresh one for this Easter.

Had the pleasure of having dinner and a beer with turkeyfeathers at Pizza Plant.
Vegetable soup and parmesan-battered artichoke hearts and a Guinness.

Wait, you had your pick of that ridiculous beer menu of barrel-aged whale stouts and opted for a plain ol' Guiness?

I'm back on keto and it was the lowest carb option we could find. TF did enjoy the stouts. A few new ones were in the flight he had.

I was hungry tonight so on last night here in Iceland we decided to eat at one of our favorite restaurants Sæta svínið. Naturally I opted for the puffin, horse carpaccio, and delicious Minke whale. All were exquisite! Counting down the remaining 3 years till we get to meet again! Puffin not pictured because I ate it before I had a chance to take a picture... top is the Hrossa and bottom is the Minke2d06e816cb8a9d3ba708c3d766452271.jpg
