Here's your kabobs Biz. Lacking any variety of vegetables. So I just made do with onion and peppers. Larger hunks are the hidden tenderloins from a BB. Quite delicious!

Tomorrow’s dinner hitting the “smoker” tonight. Indirect heat on the Weber with hickory wood.

Smoked Venison Meatloaf (covered with bacon and smoked baked beans...beans are killer with about 20 ingredients.

1-1 in a 15u baseball tourney today(we are a 13u team) and lost a coin toss for the playoff round...so we only have an 11:30 game and hen heading to a body of water with this fare!

Hah! I was at one of those 3 hour dance recitals Friday night. We just hit Stewart's for ice cream on the way home.

For Father's Day dinner with my daughter, I cooked up some garlic & pepper venison brats.  First, I simmered the brats in a pot with Ommegang Barrel-Aged Three Philosiphers.  Then, I wrapped them in bacon, covered in brown sugar and finished cooking in the oven.  Damn tasty!  She dipped hers in maple syrup and that was actually pretty good too!
