Have a charcoal grill...in the process of hopefully purchasing my first house and will be a must have on the grill all year long!

My stepson's last supper before leaving for Marine boot camp tomorrow.  I'm pretty sure he'll be dreaming of NY strips and his mother's homecooking with every Parris Island MRE he gets.

Made 3 lbs of cubed steak in the crock pot. Daughter has soccer tonight at 7;30. Told her to eat a little before we left and we can finish it up later tonight. I check in just before we left and this is all that is left in the crock pot! Sucks for me.......

Smoked chicken quesadilla.  Of course with mighty taco sauce and presented bionic style. 

Test run for next Friday dinner with GF. Think I might also add a little chorizo then.
