I liked it....the vinegar and the heat from the Habanero was a good combination. I used a homemade steak rub on the venison which had some sweetness- that plus a drop of sour cream on the fajita made it real balanced.
Direct shots? No thanks!!!

I got Huevos rancheros for breakfast. And then walked around with chef .
I was talking to the wife about how jay street is good.

Nice. I’m not a big breakfast guy. But both Whitlock and Jay are good. Same owners I think?
