Just some crushed and whatever paste I had open in the fridge with some garlic, oregano, onion powder, red pepper flakes... “quick” sauce as I just simmered for about 45 min as I prepped other crap. Wasn’t great but it’ll eat

I use parsnips in my venison stew.

That's the goods right there. Not much better than perch fillets.

Buffalo chicken salad.  Also a Mich light trying to get skinny like Liz Warren. Lol. Sure. I drowned the lettuce enough to be sure that doesn't happen.

Points off for a cucumber beer though.

Pronghorn cutlet parm with thin spaghetti and a couple of Augustiner Brau Edelstaffs. Chased it with some Cherry Garcia with hot fudge and Frangelico whipped cream.
