Wolc123- Just finished some glumpkis. I made half the rolled up way and half as Polish Lasagna. Polish Lasagna is alternating layers of steamed cabbage with another  layer of steamed rice and spiced burger. cover the last layer with crushed tomatoes and pasta sauce and pop it in the oven

Sunday dinner!
27c5160a910fbb2212a95d2563b215f6.jpg
Manicotti and ravioli fro Borgatti’s on Arthur Ave
Bracciole, sausage Meatballs.
And my Pop’s favorite beverage- Carlo Rossi red wine and Coke.

Hostess powdered and chocolate donuts for dessert as Grandma would serve!
Felt like I was back on Sacket street, Brooklyn.

No pictures but anyone in the Orange County area who likes bbq should checkout Handsome Devil bbq in Newburgh.

I didn't care for the chili but brisket, ribs, Mac n cheese and cornbread were excellent. Probably the best brisket I've had at a restaurant, better then all the Nashville spots as well.

My sister and mother came over and we just told stories about sitting around Pop’s table with him in his “Ginny T” and Church pants and screaming at my grandmother to “Call Regina- she better be in an accident cause she’s late” and the time he threw a meatball at my cousin for taking a piece of bread before everyone was sitting down.
