Exactly. This means little to nothing. Anyone that will do it once will do it again regardless

If they really wanted to punish him, they should put him in a room with Chef, Left field and Versatile hunter for 5 minutes !

Actually that's too cruel of a punishment for only poaching a couple of Turkey.
