Does any one use maps for hunting state land

Google Earth or S.L.I.M from DEC will show you some nice funnels and agricultural fields. I look at them a lot for State land.

Google Earth... scout look...and Google maps app all on phone wouldnt hunt big woods without them

Learn to navigate it & you can print out your own.

You can toggle between topo, a map that shows roads & public land or sattelite photo.

Great app is back country navigator.... Best $20 I ever spent... U download topo maps to you phone... Then all u need is GPS no cell service needed.... Can mark points and record tracks.... So far the topo has been very accurate... The "trails" in the daks not so much
