bigpaul
I planted 6 apple trees behind the house on Wednesday with about 3 or 4 inches of snow in that area. Today the kid is out there throwing her disc and shot put. Sure enough the disc lands about 3 feet from a 3 point shed. 47 years old and I have yet to find a shed!
philoshop
Unless you're like our friend Wooly and seriously hunting for them you won't find very many, and the ones you do find will be in the strangest of places. :-)
Lawdwaz
HA! I'm not too far ahead of you.........I've found some in my years but all told less than 25 I'd guess. A couple times in the last month I've gone down to a HOT spot and not found a thing. I guess I've only looked for about 6 hours between the two treasure hunts but I have nothing but a good time and some exercise to show for it. I don't know if or when I'll be going back to look, with the weather improving my next trip down could be devoted to fishing Honeoye.
wooly
It's been a tough year unless you've been able to follow the deer or have access to where they spend such a brutal winter. Finding one in the yard would be a very fortunate and welcome sight! Congrats to your daughter! Thank heavens it's almost turkey season...
