Hunters style venison

This is a simple and very tasty sauce for straps.  Add a side of tortellini and BAM a party in your mouth

HUNTERS STYLE VENISON SAUCE

Pearl onions: 1 bag

Oil. Just enough to coat bottom

Garlic.

Sauté

Chopped/diced tomato 1 small can

Dash of red wine

Pinch or two of Thyme, Parsley and Rosemary (a little less of the Rosemary)

Let simmer 2-3 minutes

1/4 to half a can of beef broth

Let simmer 2-3 minutes

2-4 spoonfuls of Tomato paste

Start reducing

A squirt or two of honey keep simmering 3-5 minutes

Add more paste to thicken, more broth to thin, or leave it as is.

Add peas and cook 5-10 minutes.
