It actually had a good flavor. You could taste the smokeyness but it wasn't overpowering. Which was what I was going for. The first batch turned out dryer than I would have liked but I was building an evaporator as I was cooking. I didn't think I did to bad for my second smoke.

Not my smoker but I did grab a pulled pork sandwich at Wild Bills BBQ in Clarence for lunch, highly recommend!

Bill's  Pulled pork and brisket is the best next to my own of course. Is it true he is going to open a permanent place,not just the seasonal place he's been using? Very disappointing driving out there only to find out he closed early.
