Breakfast Sausage Recipe

This is for 10lbs of fresh sausage. Works real well. Enjoy!

1-TBS white pepper

2-TBS sage

1-Tsp ginger

1-Tsp nutmeg

1-TBS ground red pepper

1-pint ice water

1/2-Tsp cinnamin

2-TBS garlic powder

1-Tsp rosemary leaves

1/4-Tsp seasoned salt

1-TBS onion powder

1-Tsp chili powder

1/4 Tsp paprika

1-TBS italian seasoning

Mix that all together in a large bowl,cover and refrig over night. Use salt substitute if need be. I form patties in a patty maker and pack well for the freezer. YUM
