Welcome! Nice for you to stop by! Tell us all a little about yourself.

Just average hunter late 20s looking to help out some fellow hunters and get an idea of what action everyone's seeing.

I hunt 9m/r no real action here yet just some scrapes and rubs. Still seeing bachelor groups and the big fellas only moving at night

Same here Saturday morning seen 2 mature bucks feeding together in my soybean field, and they left together. They paid no attention to any of the does..  Also noticed the little guys weren't pestering any of the does yet.

So for now bucks are still together in my area but soon enough they will no longer tolerate each other.

Yeah that's what I'm figuring to. I've got a buddy insisting is coming alot sooner so I figured I'd make a thread and get updates from people all over ny when they start seeing action.

I also hunt 9R and 9M and like you not seeing much happening. No scrapes yet other than mine. Very few rubs, lots of young bucks in groups, big bucks still moving at night on my cameras. I am getting a lot of attention at my mock scrapes at night also. Did watch a fisher catch and eat a grey squirrel yesterday am.

Fresh scrapes and rubs are popping up almost daily now. Haven't seen any chasing, but it won't be long before the young scrappers start to pester the doe's. But if you are lucky enough to have an older doe cycle early, you could have a parade of bucks go by you!

I haven't seen any new rubs from this year yet but I have seen some bucks with larger necks so they are tearing something up. I have a bunch of new scrapes that popped up in the last week. I threw a camera over the biggest one it was the same spot I saw 7 bucks all walking together. The bucks are getting ready but all the does in my area still have the fawns so I am thinking we have another week maybe 2.
