Lose or break any gear in the field this year?

The second weekend of bow after slipping on some wet leaves, going down a steep ridge. I broke my back (compression fracture). And lost my mind recovering, (couldn't hunt) for a while. For the most part, feeling much better now. Lost a blaze orange Buck knife after using it on my buck. I remember folding it and putting it in the pocket of my snow camo jacket. But after getting the deer hung, I could not find it. My have fallen out of my pocket during the wheeler drive to the barn? I bought it at the Cobleskill fair last summer, thinking I wouldn't lose a blaze orange knife. Wrong!

I lost one of my insulated goretex gloves (left), but then I found it next time I hunted the property...

Much of the time I wear surplus wool glove liners. They are cheap and they are ambidextrous. I buy them by the dozen at Sportsman's Guide.  They don't cut the mustard when it gets REALLY cold, however..

as with others, i have lost two gloves. they are same make and style and of course are both right hand so cant even match new and old set to have one pair. I dont want to jinx it but this was the first year i didnt "lose", have a camera stolen.

I lost 2 arrows while practicing in the yard. First shot went low and left the second shot went high. I knew exactly where both arrows should have been but I could not find them after searching for almost 30 min. I packed everything up after that and calling it a day after only shooting a total of 3 arrows.

I did not lose anything while hunting except some for some sleep and one hornaday sst.

Good news. I found the blind. It was just 40 yards away covered in snow. I thought for sure it had made it to Lake Ontario. I also am going to get my range finder repaired. With a bit of luck, it might just cost me the postage to send it to Leupold. We'll see.

Never found a brand new maxima blu arrow that I hit a doe with. Was a close shot and I know I watched it go through her and it should of been right behind her in the ground with the steep angle I shot it at. All I can think is that the damn thing just buried itself deep as hell in the soft mucky ground that was there. Sucks loosing a brand new high dollar arrow the first time you shoot it

I broke my ramrod at the range two years ago trying to site in a scope that turned out to be defective. This year I bought a CVA lifetime range rod for $30. Solid heavy brass. Well worth it. Now I just use the ramrod if I need to reload in the field

I will have to look into picking one of them up, the ramrod that comes with the wolf is junk.
