Most of Trump's golf outings have been walking business meetings with important contacts, especially the foreign dignitaries. Winning of hearts and minds. And the same can be said of his use of Mar-A-Lago as his "southern White House". Obama went on vacations to get away from the business of running the country. Trump goes on 'vacations' to set different and more comfortable venues for doing the business of running the country.
