How you folks wear baseball hats is beyond me.   I would hit my brim every draw.

Funny you mention baseball hats.  The range has some very annoying and bright LED lights that probably effected my shooting 7/10 shots from that annoying glare. :)

(I added the smile buy I'm serious on the lights, I didn't like them)

mlammerhirt.......take a ball cap just in case.

Will do....never used to shoot with a hat in either, but once do it a few times you get used to keeping it away from your string.

I wore my BB cap, I think it helped. My first shot since last October! It was great shooting again. I think I'll go again soon.

9.5.    Dealers call.  How you folks wear baseball hats is beyond me.   I would hit my brim every draw.  Hence my less than cool beanie in bow season.

Ha, I had a camo ball cap I cut a V out of the brim ......

Just did it to be an a$$, and get some laughs .

Never had an issue with ball caps and bows .

Same. I’d be scared to lose my hair.

Separately, Larry is leaning over the line like a cheater at the carnival games!

My head is probably just oversized causing the brim to extend beyond normal ranges.

if you watch the behind the scenes stuff that looked like he got lucky and pulled it off he really didn't. intentionally fumbled some and called the shots prior to shooting. watched one episode on TV where he had a bedded doe at like 53 yards down in the timber from his stand. he thought about shooting it over and over. finally committed. drilled the thing and it didn't go far at all.  when you really want to see some good shooting get someone who's really good in a fun and relaxed atmosphere like that. the pressure's off and their head and thoughts aren't screwing it all up.

Any chance the academy meets a little later Tuesday? 5pm just isn't possible with little ones at home.

I was thinking the same exact thing. It’s like happy hours from 4-6pm. Nobody can get to a bar by 6pm unless it’s WNY

Your must teach night classes or work far away. I don’t think there’s a school in NYS that is past 3:45 . Work? No we buy bows and land and beer with our looks

That’s because people start working at 10 or 11am down there.

You are 100% right. I’m the first one in the office everyday at 9am. I’d love to do a 7-330 type thing but it wouldn’t fly with the west coast offices if I were to leave at 1230pm their time
