The New York Times proves it's a Communist rag.

Recommended Posts

They just printed a PRO Communist article extolling it's virtues.

Millennials are generally clueless about communism.

“Just 37 percent of millennials had a ‘very unfavorable’ view of communism, compared to 57 percent of Americans overall,” according to a Daily Signal report.

Perhaps even worse, a full third of millennials say they think that more people were killed under former President George W. Bush than under Stalin.

"PRAVDA" was the Russian News Outlet during the revolution that brought about tyranny and communism under the Soviets.  Everything they published was proven to be lies and propaganda.

Translated, Pravda means "Truth".

Very much Orwellian double speak used to sway the simple minded.

You have to ask yourself, if the NYT's thinks  Communism is a good thing and should be accepted in the USA, do they have any journalistic credibility at all?  If we can tear down statues because of what they represent, can't we convince people this paper needs to go under for good?

Kind of like labeling anything negative as "Fake News".

Never read the Times and never will.

Actually, when something is called "Fake News", it's because it has no basis in truth or reality and is used to create negativity towards a given subject or individual.  It isn't labeled fake because it's negative.  It's labeled fake because it contains no truth, much like PRAVDA and the NY Times.

ALL?  God forbid.  Nobody prints truth anymore?  You really believe that?  I don't buy any propaganda.  There are still sources of info out there that provide real news, backed by facts.  When it's peered reviewed and impossible to argue against with factual retorts, that's real news.  Those news articles are the ones the media propaganda machine attacks.  It threatens their lies getting through and persuading the simpletons.

I'm old enough to remember when all news sources had integrity.  It was so paramount, anyone who lied about anything in a news article was instantly fired.  Integrity used to be like God in the media.  Nowadays, they don't believe in God at all.

Back when I was a kid it was droned on a constant basis both in school and by the media how bad communism-socialism was. Explained in simple terms so a child could understand you basically worked for the government and they take your wages and decide how to spend your money. Sixty years later we had a knuckleheaded communist running for president extolling that policy.:negative:

The NYT showed their true colors in 1932 when their chief foreign correspondent, Walter Duranty, won a Pulitzer prize for lying to the American public about the state-sponsored mass starvations that were happening in the Soviet Union. He praised the Communist regime that brought that massacre about, and Walter Cronkite carried it forward after Durante's death. "Nothing to see here, Communism is a model of utopian paradise."

As much as I hate Wikipedia, they've gotten most of this one right and it shows that this is not some 'right wing conspiracy':

The Communists murdered over 150 million of their own citizens in less than 100 years just for disagreeing with them. The vast majority of self-identified ANTIFA "protestors" today identify as at least Marxists if not full-out Communists. The people who were terrified of the Nazi flags at Charlottesville never made a peep about the Communist flags that were there. The MSM, academia, and the entertainment industries are in lockstep with ANTIFA sentiments. How stupid does one need to be to see where this country is headed if their efforts aren't thwarted?

Before anyone jumps on my neck I just want to make my point clear. What the Nazis did was horrible and inexcusable, and I find anyone who agrees with their ideology equally horrible. I'm just pointing out the basic fact that the Communists seem to constantly be getting a pass on their equally horrible behavior over history. This is by design, folks.

It is not the violence or brutality of the Nazis that upsets the left. Rather it is the ideology that drove it. The Left has always been supportive of violence in its own name . The brutalities of the gulags were on par, if not in fact worse than the Nazi camps. My Father in law fought both the Nazis and the Reds. He said the commies were a lot worse and more barbaric. In fact on one occasion the Poles and Germans forgot their differences in order to deal with the Soviets together

There was a book written by a former atheist Jew turned Lutheran. He recounted his experiences in communist jails in Romania. This book is not for the feint of heart. His accounts are far more shocking than anything I have read about the Nazis, and we all know how bad they were:

I'm interested in proof of that, do you have any links to articles (not from a papist type source).

Watch video clips from any of the MSM coverage of that mayhem. How many hammer & sickle flags are shown in those videos? There were almost none. I watched and re-watched a lot of them to verify and it was completely ignored by CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC... I was being generous about "people not saying a peep" about the Communist flags. The fact is the media completely ignored it so that people wouldn't ever see it and have the opportunity to say anything about it. That's how it works.

And it wouldn't do any good to link to any story you will immediately discount as a "Papist type source", whatever that is. I'm guessing it's any 'source' or opinion that runs contrary to your worldview, but I'm generalizing.
