Made hickory smoked kielbasa, and 2 dozen scrambled eggs for the guys at work today.

no pics of eggs since the guys were getting hangry, and bitchy.  I almost brought the half cooked soupy pan of eggs out, and slammed it on the table.

Do you recall how you seasoned it? This was ok, but not awesome. I used 50:50 pork to venison, sage, salt, pepper, Maple and blueberries..

I got maple breakfast sausage seasoning from the Amish. Then just added the blueberries.
