Evening Hunts

Need some help, never really have hunted during evenings. I recently just took on another job, and won't make it out for any morning hunts expect for some weekends. How's the movement been during the evenings I won't get out til about 4pm. Thanks

I've been out 19x so far this season. I think 8 of those have been morning hunts and 11 evening hunts. I've seen 8 bucks and 5 does, all in the evenings. I have yet to see a deer in the morning! In other years, I've better luck in the mornings. Crazy...

I hunt mostly public land in 1C and mostly afternoons. Seven (weekend) afternoon hunts so far this season. Saw deer on 1st 4 sits, but nada the last 3 sits. All but 1 of the 15 or so deer I've taken on public land over the last 14 years have been arrowed in the afternoon. Hunt whenever you can and try to keep positive.
