Well very satisfied with him..just got my meat back from butcher 82lbs of boneless cuts.. And enjoying the doe I got earlier as venison bacon!! .. Freezer is full as well... The buck dressed at 178lbs..

I never had it before..butcher offers it thru his father.. All wood smoked.. Its become a favorite after trying it last year

Yes 82lbs from buck..boneless cuts and ground.. Doe gave me 55lbs of sausage and bacon but pork added for that..

He is the head butcher at grocery store I town and has his own business doing farm animals as.well.. $60 for cuts.. $2 for bulk sausage $3 for cases sausage.. Bacon is $4 a lb

Nothing added to ground.. I use it to make jerky mostly

Actually it was a little lower than I expected but he trims everything very well.. If your not getting back meat like this you need to find a better butcher...here is a pa game comission chart showing what you should expect..
