Thanksgiving AM Hunt

I plan to be out. Only have a few hours in the AM, as I have to help get dinner ready as well. I said I wasn't taking a spike this year, but if the bugger shows again tomorrow, he will be introduced to my Howa on a personal level. He's been teasing me all season, and my restraint is wearing thin.

Good luck to those hunting public land tomorrow. Should be a circus, so be safe and let that hunter orange be seen!

I'm going out for a few hours in the morning. It wouldn't feel like thanksgiving to me if I didn't go hunting. I don't care if I don't see any deer  I'm just doing it because it's like a tradition to hunt with my grandpa and uncle on thanksgiving morning. Good luck to everyone and happy thanksgiving

I used to love a Thanksgivings day hunt ! But I've lost my spot by my home , which made it easy for a quick morning hunt . The guys I hunt with at my main spot either go away or can't make it .

Tonight I'm working and don't get out till 8 AM .

Good luck to the guys going out !

taking the morning off. ive been hunting my ass off and need a breather to relax with the kids. Taking the wife out in the afternoon to a heavily populated doe area.  She wants to donate one for the food bank. I usually have luck on thanksgiving and hope some can rub off for all of you as i wont be behind the trigger.

I gained one and it’s a game changer! Setting the alarm for 6 instead of 4:30
