Last Blue Jays game I went to Eugene Levy threw out the first pitch, it was the highlight of my Summer lol

Levy played the father in "American Pie" . Funny guy . His son Dan plays his son in "Schitt's Creek" and does a great job playing a gay man .... at least I think he was playing .

Dug this back up to suggest Dirty Money, Ive watched the first three and they are excellent. The first one about the Volkswagen scandal was a little slow but the one about payday loans was crazy good and then the one about Valeant will make your blood boil

I was one of those people with a TDI sitting in my driveway waiting for a buy back. I liked watching that episode of dirty money. Got to see how it all really went while we all sat around waiting with little to no info for well over a year. The lying and fraud done by VW is disgusting but I know it’s all the company’s doing the same crap one way or another. Hard to swallow that if you personally committed fraud, you’d be sent to jail and would have that black cloud hanging over you for life. A “corporation” commits fraud and they can just shell out millions and go on with business as usual. The lengths VW went to to cover up their fraud was the most disturbing. Like the tests on the monkeys they did to try and provide a fake test showing the exhaust wasn’t harmful. They wanted to use a human first though! I mean, I know the germans have a thing for gas chambers but damn!

You and me both. I haven’t seen any sales numbers for VW in awhile. Would be interesting to see how it affected the sales. There’s a TDI forum with a thread on “diesel gate”. It’s a few thousand pages long. There were a lot of people in there claiming to be “done” with VW and buying other brands. I know I’ll never buy another VW product for the rest of my life.

I'm stumped what to watch on Netflix, and I'm looking for suggestions.  I recently finished Longmire, Gotham, and Frontier.  Some other things I have watched/liked are Stranger Things, Ozark, Jessica Jones, Vikings, the Blacklist, Quantico, Daredevil and Marco Polo.

What are you guys/gals watching?

if you've watched daredevil and jessica jones then keep going with luke cage and if you're really into, then go to iron fist and the defenders.

note punisher is a standalone and real good too.

big fan of black mirror too, but the first episode can be a turn off to some.

Narcos if you can focus on subtitles or speak spanish is real good

first few seasons of house of cards is solid

f for family if you like adult cartoons

my list is so long but there's just no time and so many other things to do in life.

have wanted to get into shameless and mad men, travelers and a few others mentioned in this post but just never enough time. part way though american horror story which i seem to get through a season each fall. Wife and I are currently watching the latest season of orange is the new black. It's a chick flicky show but well written and pretty freaking funny at times. I get maybe an hour and at most 2 in a night during the winter. During the summer, forget it. This week been pretty into olympics if it's not figure skating.

@Belo if you're a fan of Black Mirror, check out Electric Dreams on Amazon Prime.  So much better.  More budget too so several big stars are in it.  Though some of their twists leaves the viewer hanging so if you're the type who would let that irk you...

thanks for the suggestion I will. Finally gave into a prime membership after years of not wanting too. But we just buy too much crap now, where it makes sense. The Grand Tour of course being the biggest driver for me haha.

you can watch black mirror in any order. there are some gems that everyone should watch. The issue with going in a list of best to worse order is that you're progressively getting worse, so i don't recommend it. But if you gave up, check out some of the top ranked ones

http://www.vulture.com/2016/10/every-black-mirror-episode-from-worst-to-best.html

(i put white christmas a lot higher and men against fire as top 5, so lists are subjective of course)
