I just got a call that the other 2 boxes of my "squirrel" rounds that I ordered came in today.  Gotta pick them up this weekend.  Maybe by June Moog we will get weather to get out and shoot.

Wait what? same magazine. what about barrel and receiver?  I assume this is from your AR build. Which I know nothing about AR's

Same magazine and lower.   Pop two pins and replace entire upper (bolt carrier, bolt, barrel and handguard).  One of the cool things about ARs.

i will post a pic later for you Moho.  Two uppers and one lower.

I am not too sure that the 458 socom would be adequate for the " Tryrannasquirrels" that we have down here along the Pennsyltucky border....

They have much bigger NUTS than normal, everyday sissy squirrels...

That should be enough gun, but make sure you use a quality bullet.  If you somehow make a marginal shot, you want a BIG hole and a good blood trail!

For you buddy.  Easier to show than explain.  This is 2 uppers and 1 lower.  Both uppers can attach to the lower via 2 pins and make a complete gun.  Same lower is used for both a 223 (varmint upper top) and 458 socom (big bore bottom).  One of the cool things about ARs.  Someone said it to me yesterday.  Like legos that go boom.

Learning it myself now.  Installed my first mag limiter today.   About as easy as opening and closing a bag of cookies.   They are fun to play with for those of us that aren’t real gun saavy like wildcat.
