Lead sinkers and jigs

Always fished PA up until this year. Is there any restriction on lead sinkers or jigs in NY? I looked through the regs and couldn't find anything on being able to use lead or having to use non-lead alternatives. Thanks in advance for any info on this!

It is illegal to sell lead sinkers weighing 1/2 oz or less.  There is no law against use.
