Sneak into the woods its so dark but i'm late,
Find a good tree to sit next to to await this mornings fate.
Turkeys gobbling at the dawn,
Woodland creatures sing along.
crow flies over and wakes the world, 
it doesn't seem to care if it's heard.
Woodpecker knocking on the tree,
I think a porkupine just shit on me!!

Squirrels running through the trees

Something is walking thru fallen leaves

Its the pitter patter of little feet

A skunk is who I get to great

I'll stay stll and let you walk by

Please don't spray in my eye

I wonder what next will walk my way 

So many sounds around this day

An owl hooting in a tree

Maybe it will come visit me

I should be hunting this is true

But watching nature is just as fun too!

Squirrels cutting hickory nut in the tree next to me, 
chattering as they run up and down the tree,
All the commotion seems to scare the deer,
I mean how am I suppose to hear?
If I had a gun I'd end all the chatter, 
A load of 8's is what is required, 
Alas I only have my bow,
Why I'm still sitting here I don't know,
Thus is my morning in deer stand heaven,
Sitting on my ass in this freezing weather,
There's a buck have to go ....

its just a 4pt it gets a pass
back to sitting on my ass.....
