It will come down to how well the anti's are able to "judge shop' the case to get the verdict they want.

There is a very specific reason why more than 400  appointments to federal appellate and district judicial seats made by Trump are being stonewalled in Congress. An issue like this is just one of them. The Democrats cannot afford to have a fair and impartial Justice system.

What a weird world this is getting to be. First of all, why is the school system getting involved in 2nd amendment politics? Oh and by the way, it appears they are going for 2-fer by attacking the first amendment as well. Exactly what are they trying to school the students in anyway?

Another thing that is starting to get a bit weird is with all this extraneous B.S., is there anyone who is worries about the disruption to concentrating on his actual 8th-grade education subjects. It seems that high school students are now getting more involved in everything but getting an education.

I give this eighth grader and his parents a hell of a lot of credit for standing up for what they believe in. Takes real guts and courage to take on and fight for what you deem right. Something schools aren't teaching, these days.

He'll probably learn more during this process than he ever could when sitting through a common core math class.
