Thought I would throw up a strange find on this pull. Doe with a couple tags and a buck that is putting some air between his tips.

[Four Season Whitetail's]

Seems as thou the doe was tagged as a fawn in the Cantonment area on Ft Drum a few years back. I guess a bunch of fawns were done and some have Collars on and are tracked.  Guess someone left a gate open or there is a hole in the fence somewhere as that area is totally fenced in.

I guess they were doing a study on how they survive and how they disperse. She is on our land right across the road from Drum but the guy says a couple have went over 100 miles so far. Thats a long ways for a doe to disperse. Most are within 5-8 miles from their tagging site.
