Tis the season-COUNTY FAIRS!

Took a ride up to Sandy Creek to visit the Oswego County Fair, weather was great, big crowd and the Fair atmosphere was in full swing. Tried a "Crabby Patty" sandwich,  was a first for me and it was pretty tasty. While me and the wife were sitting at a picnic table enjoying our food we watched a little girl 3 or 4 years old take her first ride on a "merry go round" and for her it was the thrill of her short lifetime, Ahh, life's simple pleasures, especially so for the little ones.

Daughter went to the Erie county fair other night and got a grilled cheese and bacon but the bread was a crispy crème glazed donut

Spent the day at the  Erie County Fair Saturday. Got a chance to see the largest bowl in the world.powered by a IH 1086. Plenty to do and see as always. We were pleasantly surprise to see Weidner's BBQ had rebuilt on the Avenue of Flags after the fire at last years fair. Had a real nice meal.

A little more excitement on the midway then we wanted,  when plastic started to smoke from an over heated motor on a ride. We seen emergency personal running that way. Ride personal had the situation well under control.
