I usually  drive Down  to the Visitor Center to get my Sterling Forest Permit  after,I purchase my Hunting License.

    Once the Extreme Humidity Breaks, I am going to do some Scouting.

One of my Fav Pictures of Sterling Forest before it became State Land in 1999.

  I used to do plenty of Shotgun Patterning at the old Range located at Mckeags Meadow.

  Once the Palisades Interstate Park Commission assumed Manager Status of this New State Land- this well used Shooting Range was the 1st thing to go and be discontinued.
