For as long as I’ve been hunting I could never find a hat that I didn’t over heat in when walking. Today I had a simple camo orange cap I made it about 100 yards before taking it off and putting it in my pocket. I’ve tried everything from due rags to the lightest face mask. I even have a face mask with an open top. I walk like a turtle yet I still sweat. I should add I’m bald. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution? The only thing I can think of is getting my head tattooed camo.

LOL You and me both!! I don't put my hat on until I'm in my stand. Then, when I get down to walk, it comes off! I use the mesh top hats a lot. Have you tried those?

Picked this up at Walmart today. So far it’s the best one I’ve found. Now I don’t feel like a light bulb walking through the woods and it was only $5.
