I lease from Cotton Hanlon and they are a top notch group. One thing Bob didn't mention is these leases are yours to use 365 days a year. Ours has turned into much more than just a hunting destination.

Look over the list, if anything catches your eye and you think you might want to lease please send me an email (email address on the website). I'll send you some maps so you can go out there wander around, check it out real good. Then when you are ready we can draw up the leases.

The list of our woodlots that will be open for lease will be published March 1st at 7:30 AM on our website
We just started to compile the list but it looks like we'll have parcels open for lease in the following counties: Chemung, Cortland, Oswego, Schuyler, Tioga and Tompkins.  The woodlots will range in size from 20 acres to over 600. We still have a lot more work to get ready so I don't have many details at this point.
Make sure to checkout our website first thing in the morning (3/1) for the best choices. The website will give some general info. for each woodlot including an aerial photo, town, county, acres and cost. If you find something that catches your eye contact me ASAP (email is best). If no one else has put a hold on that woodlot I'll put it on-hold for you and send you detailed maps so you can come wander all around the lease to see if you like it. Then when you're ready we'll draw up the leases for your signature.

      Hey everyone
I'm knew to the sport and looking to learn as much as I can. I was suppost to go up to sterling with a friend of a friend but the guy had been dodging me. So I've decided that I will head to sterling or Stewart forest by my self this Monday 10/09/17 and wing it. Maybe walk around with my bow and see if get lucky. Worst case scenario I get good excerside out of it. If anyone could help out either teaming up or letting me know where to go I would greatly appreciate it. Also if anybody knows of a butcher and the prices so I can take my deer when I harvest one. I live in NYC even tho I would love to see my neighbors faces as I carry a deer from my car to the 5th fl of my building I don't think it will work out.
thanks in advance for any help and for taking the time to read my post
