High-capacity gun magazines will remain legal in California under a ruling Friday by a federal judge who cited home invasions where a woman used the extra bullets in her weapon to kill an attacker

Have to think the 9th Circus reverses this decision and then the case is petitioned to SCOTUS.  I don't trust Roberts in the least so hopefully another liberal seat opens up for Trump to fill and the Senate fast-tracks the nominee in a big, bold FU to the Dems for what they did to Kavanaugh.
