anyone out for the walleye opener tonite or tomorrow?

This is what the roads will look like in the morn near my house!  

I live 150 yards from Oneida lake and I wont be on it tomorrow.  Too much going on.  at least 3 tournaments on the east side this weekend.  So i will be in the turkey woods. But i have thurs off next week and next weekend will def be out.  I used to go opening night at midnight with some buddies every year and we usually did pretty well off shore.  Then I got so I went northern pike fishing in the dacks every year for the opener - on my secret giant northern lake...shhhhh.....    But got so I like to turkey hunt early season but once next weekend hits hope to be on the eyes.  

this year the weather for the opener actually looks great .  Usually the lake is rough and its raining.  Looks perfect for tomorrow.  I am sure there will be lots of limits and many of the eyes are still in the creeks so that will be packed.  Good luck to anyone going out there.

probably be culling 7 lbers by 8am.  Lead, boards and sticks!   Zebco's on the downriggers!
