I dont think so. 5-7 years old is the sweet spot for maximum size. Definitely not 4.

Most bucks in the wild peak around 6.5 y/o. It all depends of feed sources. The Hanson buck was a stud 4.5 not the norm. Any biologist would agree.

Just because it was a world record deer at 4.5 doesn't mean it had reached it's potential either. It most likely hadn't yet.
