Fill Me In On Leftover DMP’s

From what I understand, dmp’s go back on sale tomorrow, is this correct? If so, can I go to a licensing agent to purchase one, and what information do I need. I’d like the option to take a doe during regular season, but missed the October deadline. Not a huge deal, but if there’s a chance I can get a permit, I’d like to give it a shot. Thanks in advance for the help.

Bring license with as that will make it easy and yes.as long as your wmu has leftovers you shouldn't have an issue.$10 fee if first time going for dmp's.free is going for 2nd round unless something changed that im unaware of

That’s right !! Forgot about this ; anyone know if this impacts your DMP draw chances for the following season though ?

No effect on following season.  I am heading to Runnings tomorrow, to pick up a couple more dmp's, and pick up a few other items.

Even though they are free, I am going to try again this year, to donate $10 to the venison for the hungry coalition.  The clown at Walmart had no clue how to do that last year.  Hopefully, the Runnings crew will be a little more knowledgeable.

I heading to Corinth tomorrow to Bob’s Bait to grab another tin or two of percussion caps and hopefully a permit. They are always helpful and knowledgeable there. I need all the help I can get.

I picked up a couple more 9f dmp's at Runnings in Lockport today. There was no wait and it went pretty smooth.  Just like at Walmart last year, they had no clue how to take a donation for the venison for the hungry coalition, so I just took my free tags.

Our local church is having a basket raffle , to benefit the city homeless shelter, on election day.  I guess I will just toss that extra  $ 20, that I had planned on donating to the venison coalition, in there instead.  Maybe next year the DEC, Runnings, Walmart, and the venison coalition will get their act together a little better.

Just picked up 2 for 3M ; very limited what they have left

You can always get 3m . I sent hubby to get me 3p because I will be trying another hunting area lolol he waited in line for 25 minutes  and there were none

Yup , not surprised ; I believe they had some 3R and 3S  , but that was about it for  region 3

4 h are hard to get in the first place let alone a leftover tag
