Awesome dogs. To anyone interested, make sure you know what the breed needs for daily exercise. Good luck finding them a home Chef.

Chef, I just produced a shoot for Field & Stream and used a friend's GSPs. She knows a lot of people up here and I'll mention it to her. Can you DM me the details?

Man I wish I know. My wife have an older 12 year old red tick Coonhound very similar breed. We were looking for an other DOD to spoil. We ended getting another Coonie. We were looking for GSP but couldn't find a rescue. I'll be calling you in a few years. They are great dogs too my neighbor has one. And yes they are runners but loving dogs. Great with kids people other dogs. Even cats that were there before them in the house. Not very playful with squirrels, rabbits and pheasants good luck and find them a home

All through the magazine. 125th Anniversary issue.

We shot the section openers and I stepped in where needed. Like showing my mad skills with a ferro rod and finding a pine forest in the Catskills to replicate a western hunt. Most of the shots took place at my camp.

Cool job and great people to work with.

I was in the publishing business for 25 years almost took a job at Field and Stream at one time. I worked on the News and Business magazines for Time Inc. I wouldn't of traded that job for world. Great people all around. I was the Managing Editor so I got to work with everyone. Great photo shoot of the dogs. 125th anniversary issue WoW!

I poured over F&S and Outdoor Life as a kid, dreaming of the wilderness, then life took me elsewhere. Now, decades later, I can finally realize my outdoor life so it was a thrill to be able to work on this very important issue.

I seem to remember they always had a guy in canoe using a paddle to fight off a grizzly.

Sorry for the late response the people took a long time to get back. The dogs have a home
