Never seen it and the guy I have been trapping with has been trapping for more than 40 years and he had never seen one. Other doubles with the same species yes, but never a fox and a coyote. Have shown the pic to other long time trappers and they have never seen it either.

We just must be in a high k9 Population in WNY ,it does happen often .It’s a great catch ,not trying to take that away .I may just be less common out your way 
Could be, I grew up in Niagara County and moved here in 91 and there seems to be much better habitat in Niagara than here in Yates from what I remember.

Good k9 trapping in that county and surrounding .Usually on that type of double I have my fox shredded first .
