Tonawanda/ Iroquois state land

Just took a drive through there for first time while i was out that way.Saw a fair amount of vehicles parked,some guys target shooting.Anyone hunt it this year??Seems like a pretty wet area to try and get through.May try it for next season so any info is appreciated!!!!!

I havent hunted it this year yet. I may go during muzzloader. I usually hunt off sour springs rd if i do go in there. I need to scout more before the season next year, too close to it not to know it better.

Is a 45min ride for me so not too bad.just thinking of other options to lighten the pressure on the small piece of private we have. Permit required for tonawanda???

I dont think a permit is required. I think they want you to have a map on you though, which you can get at the office on Casey rd. I could be wrong on that though.
