That’s about all I sit in the afternoon .

ive got an almost all white skunk running around my spot , just a little black on the rocker panels .

He’d be a cool mount , but I don’t know what happens when he’s shot, smell wise

Big temp drop this weekend! Might be some bucks hitting the ground, just about that time for them to pickup on some chasing.

Not a single deer seen

Got out for the last hr. or so. Standing corn behind me and soy beans in front. One lone doe @ 75 yds. Kind of warm & buggy but still nice to be out.

Saw one 2 1/2 year buck and a button buck and dead doe. It’s not the biggest, but I am happy with it.  Always great full to God for the opportunity to harvest a deer.

Good PM hunt saw 2 doe with 2 fawns, a small 6 pt and then one lone doe




Could have shot them all

Heading to PA Thurs for youth hunt Friday am. Son wants to shoot a doe with rifle then go back,  get the crossbow and wait on a buck. 

I might bring the buck decoy and see if i can get something fired up after what I saw Monday.

There chasing. Friend said he had a good buck chasing does all over the place tonight. Jut couldn't get a shot off.

Glassed the buck I’m after in field at dark. About 9-10 in all. He was bumping a good doe and chasing a bit. She kept trying to get away.
