We had a guy in our club a few yrs ago that was a real A**hole. We didnt kick him out, resigned on his own, but everyone was glad to see him go.  He was the  real selfish type; everyone else would pitch in and fill the wood bin, cook, dishes, etc, except him--good riddance!!!

North country man- Best way to find out about a persons character is to camp with him awhile. Hunting camps will bring out the jerkism in folks. So will spending a few days  in a leaky tent with constant rain.

One of the guy's in my group brought a new guy for a couple of seasons. He was asked to leave for shooting little Deer, he came back and cut the wiring, real asshole.

it sounds like it wasnt that that they didnt measure up but there were camp rules set by the regular group and he was a guest who broke said rules, so he should have been asked not to return, dont like the rules dont hunt at that camp

A camp I was happily a guest at for a few years had another fellow visit. He plopped himself down on day one and declared he was on vacation and dont expect much from him. He literally expected us to feed and serve him...He was not allowed back and was angry that he wasnt after having such a good time the first year!

Rule one of being a guest at camp....wash every dish, fill every glass/mug and kiss every old farts ass. And like it! And if you are smart....better not be very good at cards either!
