Not yet in the WNY area. Only change might be that the houses are starting slightly more reasonable but they are still selling for way over asking price.

Prices here are high but crazy out there. You can buy waterfront on Oneida for that price.  This is about 300 yards from my place. Bigger house, waterfront and less $.  Still way outa my price range.
