This anti-police and anti-gun lunacy continues to escalate.  Some peoples misunderstanding of law enforcement and firearms surpasses being described as being simply ignorant.

The article states “The incident occurred at the restaurant Hilda and Jesse, a brunch location in the city's North Beach area on Friday. In an Instagram post, the restaurant said three on-duty San Francisco police officers were seated. However, staff expressed the weapons the officers were carrying made them uncomfortable, and staff asked them to leave.”

“Uncomfortable” they are?  I wonder how “uncomfortable” the staff would feel if a violent sociopath came in with a gun and they asked them to leave!

The article states “Sillcocks told ABC7 News on Saturday that she and the staff are not anti-police and the officers are welcome to come back to the restaurant, just without their weapons.”

So where are the police officers supposed to leave their weapons?  Also this owner is communicating the fact they do not like firearms and no one is probably armed at this business.  With that fact publicized, will they be attacked by criminals carrying guns?

The article did not indicate if the owners fired the involved staff members for their discriminatory actions.  If these staff members are not fired, then it appears the owners support discrimination.  Considering this is San Francisco, this business will survive.  That is unless the “smash and grab” people do not hit them or the “mostly peaceful protesters” do not burn them down.
