  2. Last october i shot a half a rack 8 with a 6 inch drop-tine but didn't find it till a week later and the cape was ruined. So im trying to find a taxidermist who can reconstruct the right side and get a large summer coat cape. Has any one had any-work like this done or can any one recommend some one for it

  3. Hey guys, i recently shot a porcupine and wanted to get it mounted but my regular taxidermist doesn't do porcupines so does any body know of one who does and what are the prices

  4. thanks guys.well i went up friday morning after i got out of work at 4am to get up there by am which made me alittle down seing as it was already light out aswell as the first setup was windy and couldn't here anything, well then we went over 100 yards and the wind died down and we called in 6 nice toms me and my father each got a nice bird. that night my freind who had never gone hunting before came up and we got out early the next morning and we called in a couple of jakes and a small tom to 40 yards and i shot first since i was using the bow and when my bird dropped the others came and started kicking him and my freind wasted no time dropping his and we eneded up with a double

  5. well he came up to the road it has been about 300 yards and he crossed the road so now im just waiting on permission from the landowner and i will be back at it. i doughbt he went to far its fairly steep across there

  6. just got back from tracking hes still bleeding only went 40 yards from where i found the first blood but jumped him he ran 100 yards and still bleeding so i backed out, when he beds there's decent blood and when he runs hes still bleeding, when i shot i was alot higher than him and he was quartering so does it make sense if maybe i only hit one lung or is there a possibility of a flesh wound?

  7. well the only reason for these two choices is because of their stock height and off road capabilities. Normally by the end of November theirs at least a foot of snow on the ground which makes the end of deer season aswell as hunting predators and trapping difficult. The other reason is its handling both trucks handle pretty good considering what size trucks they are.
