    Couple of guys and myself are trying to figure out the name of a hunting show, he's for long blonde hair? Cowboy hat and sometimes a leather fringe coat, I know it's not much to go on but someone might throw a name out, thanks

    anywhere in Westchester that'll do the check? I wont go to precision arms in carmel, and last I checked the guy at tri county(Paterson) wanted like $80 for the fee OR a percentage of what the gun sold for

    back when I was in college about 16 years ago, we had a speaker in and they stated that it was up to the farm bureaus for setting the rifle/shotgun zones..................dunno if that is correct, just what I had heard

    I live in Westchester county, work in Putnam, dutchess and Westchester................while at work one day in Putnam, my partner and I were chatting with a guy that drove up, that my partner knew................when he drove away, my partner laughed and told me I just met the biggest poacher I'll ever meet, many people know exactly who he is when you mention his name, dunno if he ever got caught

    shot 2 "does" on Friday afternoon, walked up on the first one and it was a buck that had already shed both sides

    almost did that a long time ago, just shot a doe at a buddies, lowered the rifle, holding it by the grip, with my finger still in the trigger guard, weight of the gun pulls the trigger again and BOOM!!!! scared me to death, got lucky and walked away uninjured, you can bet I never did it again

    years ago my cousin and I started a tradition of heading to the local walmart the night before the season, since I'm not hunting with him anymore I drove to the Middletown gander mountain and dicks sporting goods, the lines for license was amazing, and it never fails, there was 2 guys waiting for a newly purchased rifle/scope to have it mounted and bore sighted, all the while listening to the guy say he cant wait to hunt with it in the morning...........ITS FREAKING BORE SIGHTED YA FOOL............... lol see it almost every year

    it could be worse, you could be in my situation, that is loss of interest over the last few years, this year I didn't even get a license until the last day for DMP tags, and my bow is still in the closet................driving my hunting partners up a wall

    never sell a gun back to a gun store, you'll lose more money that way, got private if ya can,, ammo is legal to sell and ship
