Chemung County Public Places to hunt

I went to Maple hill over the weekend I didn’t have much luck I was on the side with open flats I’m not sure where the deer migrate during the day up there but I was there by quarter to 7 Saturday and Sunday and so absolutely no deer it was weird I found beds and tracks but no deer. -
Hey all I’ve been having difficulty locating public places to hunt in Chemung County if you guys or gals had some input that would be greatly appreciated maybe I could turn this season around yet.
